Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.

We be dropping “I Got Sole” a dance & music jam evening… There will be a live band performing a multiple of genre’s from, soul to jazz to blues, swing & more… and space for all dancers to vibe out and get their flow on… and if all goes well, it’ll be a regular haunt for dancers and musicians a-like to utilise as a creative outlet!

There are no limits to dancing style or musical genre… just get out there, freestyle and get those improvised vibes flowing…
